With more than 20 years of experience in the performing arts and non-profit sectors in the United States and Canada, Ruth Juliet Wilker is a performing arts consultant actively engaged in advancing higher education and cultural development.

As former Deputy Director of Circus Programming at TOHU in Montreal, she played a key role in the strategic development of contemporary circus tours in North America.

Trilingual and committed to inclusion, she is passionate about building networks, partnerships, and programs that foster innovation, attract new audiences, and generate revenue.Formerly a stage director and dramaturg, Wilker specializes in performance curation—particularly in circus, physical theatre, and outdoor arts. She is also experienced in organizing multilingual conferences and large-scale projects involving diverse stakeholders across the sector.
