FAMA – MASA Artistic Mobility Support Fund
The Fund for Artistic Mobility Support (FAMA) is an initiative of MASA (Abidjan Performing Arts Market) aimed at supporting the circulation of stage creations and African artists across the continent. This strategic program strengthens the cultural sector by facilitating artistic mobility and encouraging the distribution of works in various African countries.
Through FAMA, artists can perform beyond their borders, while venues and African programmers benefit from financial support that enables them to host performances often hindered by budgetary constraints.
In partnership with organizations such as the Institut Français and Royal Air Maroc, FAMA plays an active role in consolidating the African performing arts market.
