Three European funding opportunities are available (ranging from 22M to 106M CFA per project) for Ivorian projects across all disciplines of music and live performance (theatre, dance, performance, circus arts, street arts, puppetry, concerts, etc.).
These calls are part of the “Connect and Create”

Deadline for the first call for projects: NOVEMBER 30, 2025.
Three types of support are offered:
-
Creative Tandems: funding from €20,000 to €60,000 for co-creation or co-production projects between African and European partners, over 18 to 24 months (March 2026–March 2028).
-
Professional Mobility: support from €15,000 to €25,000 for missions of non-artist professionals promoting exchanges between the two continents (March 2026–December 2027).
-
Artistic Circulation: aid between €30,000 and €70,000 to organize tours or program African creations in Africa and Europe (March 2026–March 2027).
Applications are open until the end of November/mid-December 2025 via the IF Prog platform. This initiative aims to encourage cooperation, professional exchanges, and the dissemination of live arts between Sub-Saharan Africa and the European Union.
