Incubated Artist - Music

Ruth Tafébé

Ruth Tafébé is much more than a militant voice of afrobeat and reggae; she is a true messenger of the West African tradition of Afrosoul, carrying within her the soul of her people and the breath of a rich and complex history. Her musical style, both powerful and sensitive, blends afrobeat, rock, traditional music, and spiritual singing, creating a sound experience that touches the heart and elevates the spirit.

A passionate founder of Boloï Music, an agency dedicated to artistic development, Ruth shares her love for music through musical awakening workshops and singing lessons, guiding each voice toward its own light. She is also the inspiring voice behind the festival Bo Balo, a space for sharing and celebrating African cultures and their humanist values.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with iconic artists such as Tony Allen and has brought her music to international stages including Brussels, New York, and Rome, where each note resonates as an invitation to unity and peace. Through her intense and sincere lyrics, Ruth fights for peace, human rights, and the dignity of African women. Her voice is a cry of hope, a call for justice and recognition, a bridge between the wounds of the past and the light of a future to be built together. Through her music, Ruth Tafébé vibrates the deepest emotions, touching everyone with authenticity, courage, and infinite delicacy.
